Three plumbing services, each with a clear price and a defined scope.
No open-ended assessments. No vague quotations. Just three jobs we do well.
Back to HomeOur approach to residential plumbing work
Each visit starts with a brief walkthrough of the issue before any tools are used. The technician identifies the fault, confirms it falls within the booked service, and explains what will be done. If the work required goes beyond the original scope, the client is told before anything additional is started.
We do not use open assessments that generate a variable quote on the day. The prices listed on this page are the prices charged — they include parts and labour for the standard repair.
On completion, the technician tests the repair — running the tap across hot and cold, flushing the toilet multiple times, or pressure-testing the pipe — before informing the client the work is done. The site is tidied before leaving.
All work is carried out by CIDB-registered technicians. No part of any job is handed to unlicensed workers.
Drip Tap Service Visit
A targeted visit for a single dripping kitchen or bathroom tap. The technician identifies the source of the drip — usually a worn cartridge, a degraded washer, or a failing O-ring — replaces the component, and tests the seal across both hot and cold sides before leaving. A tap that drips once a second wastes around 9 litres per hour. Fixing it promptly reduces the water bill and protects the fitting underneath.
- Cartridge or washer replacement included
- Hot and cold sides tested before completion
- Covers kitchen taps, bathroom basin taps, shower mixer taps
- Old parts removed from property
Price includes parts and labour for a standard tap repair. Unusual fittings confirmed separately.
How the visit works
- 1. Technician inspects the dripping tap and identifies the fault component.
- 2. Replacement cartridge or washer is selected from van stock.
- 3. Fitting is disassembled, component replaced, tap reassembled.
- 4. Both hot and cold sides are run and tested for ten minutes.
- 5. Site is wiped down and old parts are taken away.
How the tune-up works
- 1. Cistern lid removed, internal components inspected.
- 2. Float, fill valve, flapper, and seal assessed against wear criteria.
- 3. Faulty components replaced with compatible parts from van stock.
- 4. Three flush sequences run to confirm correct refill and flush performance.
- 5. Client shown the result before completion is signed off.
Toilet Cistern Tune-Up
Inspection of a slow-refilling, running, or weak-flushing toilet. A continuously running cistern can add RM 30–80 to a monthly water bill depending on the severity. The float, fill valve, flapper, and rubber seal are each checked and replaced as needed. A final flush sequence is run to confirm the unit is settled and refilling correctly.
- Float, fill valve, flapper, and seal all inspected
- Compatible replacement parts fitted from van stock
- Three-flush confirmation test on completion
- Suitable for most cistern types found in Penang apartments
Price includes parts and labour. Unusual or imported cistern models confirmed separately.
Whole-Apartment Repipe (Section)
Replacement of a defined section of pipework in an apartment — typically the kitchen wall section or one bathroom run. The scope is agreed before work begins. Wall opening is carried out as needed, new pipe is installed, the wall is sealed, and a full pressure test is run before sign-off. Suitable for pipes showing consistent low pressure, pinhole leaks, or visible corrosion.
- Agreed section of pipe replaced in full
- Wall opened, repiped, and sealed on same visit
- Full pressure test with documented reading
- Compatible with CPVC, PEX, and copper pipe systems
Price applies to a standard apartment section. Larger or multi-room scopes quoted separately before work starts.
How a section repipe works
- 1. Scope agreed in writing — section of pipe and access points defined.
- 2. Water supply isolated. Wall opened at agreed points only.
- 3. Old pipe removed. New pipe run, joined, and clamped.
- 4. Pressure test run and reading noted before wall is sealed.
- 5. Wall patched and smoothed. Site cleaned before departure.
